Defence Lawyer

Lawyer and specialist lawyer for criminal law Mustafa Kaplan studied law at the University of Cologne, specialising in criminal law and criminology.
During his subsequent legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, he also focused on criminal law.
In 1999, Mustafa Kaplan was admitted to the bar and then successfully participated in the course to obtain the title "Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law".

In 2006, the Cologne Bar Association therefore awarded him the title of "Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law". Mustafa Kaplan, attorney-at-law, has extensive experience in court hearings. His focus is on individual defence.

Mustafa Kaplan speaks German, English and Turkish. Mustafa Kaplan is a member of the German Bar Association (DAV), the Cologne Bar Association (KAV), the North Rhine-Westphalia Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers
and the Association for the Promotion of the Institute for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Cologne ((ISS).

Mustafa Kaplan is also active as a book author. His book
